Andy est associ\u00e9 g\u00e9rant de New Market Funds, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion de fonds ayant des bureaux \u00e0 Vancouver et \u00e0 Toronto, qui mobilise et d\u00e9ploie des capitaux r\u00e9pondant aux besoins des communaut\u00e9s et offrant des rendements ajust\u00e9s au risque du march\u00e9. Il dirige \u00e9galement New Commons Development, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 but non lucratif affili\u00e9e.<\/p>


De 2010 \u00e0 2018, Andy a occup\u00e9 divers postes \u00e0 Vancity, notamment celui de responsable de l'investissement communautaire et de responsable ex\u00e9cutif du lancement de la banque d'investissement communautaire de Vancity \u00e0 Toronto.
