Saran Camara is the Head of Distribution at Genus Capital Management, leading the firm’s national distribution efforts across retail and institutional channels. Since joining Genus in July 2025, she has been driving a new strategic direction for the Distribution team. With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Saran brings deep expertise in asset and wealth management and a strong track record of helping financial advisors navigate diverse investment solutions and grow their businesses.

Her career experience includes serving as a Financial Services Manager at BMO Bank of Montreal, holding various positions at CI Global Asset Management, and working as a Business Development Manager at Assante Wealth Management. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, an MSc in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University, and a Certificate in English Studies from Harvard University.

Stephanie Tsui

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Stephanie leads the sustainable and impact investing strategy and research of the firm. Stephanie is a licenced portfolio manager and joined the portfolio management team at Genus in 2016.
 
She previously held the position of Head of Foundations and Non-profits and has extensive experience working with foundations and non-profits that are ESG or impact focused. Stephanie moved back to Vancouver in 2016 after having spent 12 years in New York and Hong Kong where she held a number of positions in investment management, capital markets, and wealth management, at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Credit Suisse.
 
Stephanie graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Science in Financial Engineering degree in 2004, with Distinguished Achievement. Stephanie is a holder of Certificate in Sustainable Investing by the CFA Institute
