Prior to joining Genus, he worked at a strategic consultancy firm, a quantitative hedge fund and an equity research firm. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge concentrating in Social Innovation and is a CFA Charterholder.

Chris is the CEO of Ekona Power Inc., and the Managing Director of Innovative Breakthrough Energy Technologies (IBET), Prior to this, Mr. Reid worked for Plug Power as GM of the Motive Power Division. He was responsible for directing the commercialization of fuel cell power products for material handling customers. Before joining Plug Power, Mr. Reid was co-founder and CEO of Cellex Power Inc. since it was incorporated in 1998. Cellex was a pioneering company that introduced fuel cells products into the material handling industry and was acquired by Plug Power in 2007.
